DMCA Policy
Effective: April 15, 2026
X Squared Systems, Inc. respects intellectual property rights. This policy describes how to submit notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Designated agent
Notifications of claimed infringement should be sent to our designated copyright agent:

2. DMCA takedown notice requirements
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice that includes substantially the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL);
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes substantially the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), including your contact information, identification of the material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or Collin County, Texas if outside the U.S.), and your physical or electronic signature. 4. Repeat infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable or terminate accounts or users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.
